Tom Dalcolma is President, Commercial Real Estate and Development in the Upper Arlington office of Street/Sotheby’s International Realty. Since 2003, Mr. Dalcolma focuses his time on advising his clients and their trusted advisors on the best course of action for their real estate needs. He is a Licensed Broker with over thirty years experience in the areas of leasing and sales brokerage, real estate development, investments, and property management. This broad experience provides valuable insight and perspective for his clients. Prior to 2003, Mr. Dalcolma was the President of Interchange, Inc. where he was lead consultant for the creation and master planning of the 300 acre Union Center Boulevard Interchange near Cincinnati. He also served as Vice President of Operations for the Edwards Land Company where he oversaw the creation and development of the German Village Brewery District and the 100% privately funded Tuttle Crossing Interchange and surrounding development. Mr. Dalcolma has been an owner, investor, and Limited/General Partner in various real estate ventures. In addition, Mr. Dalcolma has been guest lecturer at the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and has numerous OAR Presidential Sales Club Awards. He is the founding Chairman of the Worthington Community Improvement Corporation and advises the Worthington Food Pantry and Haugland Learning Centers for autistic kids in real estate matters. Mr. Dalcolma graduated from Kent State University with a Business Management degree with minors in Architecture and Economics. He is a US Army Veteran.
